There are 3 results reports available on the Student Portal.
These can be downloaded by Correspondence College or Self Study students. F2F college students must contact their college for these reports.
All reports are can be accessed in the View My Reports tab on the Student Portal:
1. EXAM DETAIL REPORT
In the Detailed Exam Result tab, you will see a list of exams that have been written and where the results release date has passed. Each subject has an Exam Detail Report that shows the formative, summative and overall mark achieved for each subject.
2. STATEMENT OF RESULTS
The statement of results lists all subjects where:
- you have written an exam and been found competent
- you have successfully completed a conditional exemption
- the exam date, status of the exam and result per subject
Note that any future dated exam results will be updated on the report after results release date.
3. FULL ACADEMIC RECORD
The Full Academic Record lists:
- all the programmes you have enrolled for
- all exams per programme you registered for
- exam date, status of the exam and result per subject
The report does not indicate which subjects have not yet been registered for. Please check the home page of your student portal profile and select the relevant programe and level to see which subjects you still need to complete.
