Assessment Policy (Section 13) - Mitigating Postponements
Should a student be unable to access or complete the online exam due to technical reasons AND after requesting assistance from the ICB, the student is able to apply for an Academic Board Review of their unsuccessful exam attempt for the purpose of being granted a free postponement.
The process that needs to be followed is explained in clause 9.3 of the ICB Assessment Policy which can be found here: ICB Assessment Policy.

Please make sure you complete the online application form on the ICB's website, should your circumstances qualify as a mitigating.
