Live webinar courses will be sold on Macci. Guest users will be able to browse all the Webinar Replays availabe and registered users users and current students / providers will be able to purchase these directly on Macci. 

The Live Webinars are not in any way linked to the ICB programmes and participants can obtain CPD points for each webinar. 

Each Live Webinar consists of the following:

1. Live Webinar (available on data and time as per schedule)

2. CPD certificate

3. CPD Badge

4. Downloadable resources (if available)

NOTE: Bookings close 24hrs before the start of the webinar and seats are limited to 100 seats per webinar.


All Live webinars, webinar replays and ICB portfolios are displayed on the Macci dashboard to all users who are not logged in.  Only Live webinar and Webinar replay courses can be purchased on Macci. 

Guests and student / provider users can browse all courses shown on the Dashboard. Both users will need to log onto Macci to make a purchase or access any courses on the site. If a guest is a first time user, they will be sent to the Login / Register page. 

FIRST TIME USER: If you are a first-time user, you will be required to register. You will need to complete a form and once completed, an email is sent to the email address used in the form. You need to follow the instructions in the email to complete the registration process. Once this is done, you are able to purchase a Live webinar.

If you are not a student or provider, but you have previously purchased Webinar Replays on Macci, then you are an existing user and do not need to register again. Just log in with your existing details to purchase a Live Webinar. (Remember that you can reset your password if you have forgotten your password or username by clicking on the Reset password link).


  • Only non-student/provider users must register here. 
  • All ICB portfolios are purchased via the student / provider portal as per the usual process. 
  • If students / providers want to purchase Webinar Replays or Live Webinars, they will log onto Macci using their student / provider login credentials. 

Once the user is logged in, they will be able to purchase a Live Webinar course. 

STEP 1: Choose a course and follow the payment process via Payfast

STEP 2: A pop up is received after purchase: 

"Thank you for your payment! Your access to the course will be processed within 24 working hours. You will receive a confirmation email from ICB support once you have been enrolled". 

STEP 3: The ICB will process the enrollment

A receipt of payment is sent to ICB Support for processing. An agent will complete the enrollment process within 24 working hours and send a confirmation email from to confirm enrollment.

STEP 4: Access the Live Webinar course

Once the confirmation email is received, you can access the Webinar Replay course you processed. The course is available in the Navigation panel on the right, under My courses or in the My courses tab in the tool bar.

Step 5: For Live Webinars

Make sure to follow these steps to access the live webinar:

  1. Diarise and set a reminder for the date and time of the live webinar.

  2. Download Zoom. Click this link to see how to download and use zoom.

    You can join an online meeting through an email invite, an instant messaging invite, from the browser, from the Zoom desktop and mobile application, from a landline or mobile phone, or with an H.32...

  3. Log into Macci about 5 minutes before the start of the webinar. 

  4. Click on the webinar course and the webinar icon to follow the instructions on how to join the live webinar.

  5. Sit back and enjoy.

Important: Please ensure you download Zoom ahead of time, or are able to join via Zoom, as Zoom will be used for the live webinars.
