This process applies to all College based students who are still booked for July exams.
A free postponement voucher has been allocated to each July exam student for every exam subject they are booked for in July.
The vouchers are subject specific and cannot be used for any other subject or for new bookings. Postponements only.
The vouchers expire on the 30th of September.
The July exam vouchers have automatically been applied to the Provider Portal.
Colleges will postpone the students July exam to a new exam date on the Provider Portal at no charge by using the voucher.
The voucher can be used to book the student for any exam date available for the remainder of the year per subject.
If the voucher is not used by the 30th of September to postpone the July exam, the student will need to be booked for a full new exam at the full fee.
Please note that an exam date has been added to the timetable for CRPS - Monday, 8 November. This will reflect on the provider portal.
