At the start of 2021, the latest orders that were dispatched ranged between 7 - 11 working days due to mass orders and technical issues the publishers were experiencing. However, their suppliers are now pushing through all orders which are being dispatched on the 5th working day at the latest.
It is also important to note that the normal turnaround time is 3 - 4 working days for orders to be printed and prepped after the payment has been received and the additional days are dependent on the delivery/shipping method the client selects when placing their online order. However, due to Covid-19 restrictions and regulations, suppliers and couriers are only allowed to function at 50% capacity to maintain social distancing. These measures have also been put in place to avoid a total shut-down should they be presented with any contact tracing protocols.
