If you are assessed as 'Not yet competent'?  What next?

1. Should you be declared “not yet competent” in an ICB assessment, that is if you failed to achieve the required pass mark of 60%, you will be required to re-write the subject.  This will entail you re-registering for a new digital PoE and complete the relevant assignments, online tests and final exam.

When completing the new PoE, you will be able either to redo the assignment that is available, or you may submit a copy of your original assignment with your final exam. You will be required to log-in to the MACCI platform and complete the on-line tests prior to sitting your final exam.

The assignment and tests marks will contribute 30% towards your final exam mark, and the summative assessment will contribute 70%.  You will be required to achieve a minimum of 50% in your final exam and together with your assignment and test marks, you will then be required to achieve a minimum of 60% to pass the subject.
