Please ensure that you closely follow the instructions in your PoE as different scenarios exist with regards to the submission of assignments;

1. You have been registered for a paper-based exam

You need to complete your portfolio online. All PoE's are now digital. The assignments and tests are available on the digital PoE.  The entire PoE (including the ID verification, system checks, assignments, tests, admin sections) must be completed by the PoE due date that is published on the timetable

2. You have been registered for an online exam

All PoE's are now digital. The PoE must be completed online and the entire PoE (including the ID verification, system checks, assignments, tests, admin sections) must be completed by the PoE due date that is published on the timetable

3. You are registered for RTAP

All PoE's are now digital. Your completed dissertation needs to be uploaded to the PoE and submitted (online) by the final date of submission. You may continue to edit the dissertation up until the final date of submission.

4. You are registered for an RPL

All PoE's are now digital. The completed digital PoE must be submitted (online) before the final date of submission.

The PoE consists of the ID verification, system checks, assignments, tests, admin section, and preparation quiz that must be completed by the due date as per the timetable. Failure to complete the PoE in full AND by the due date will result in the learner's exam entry being disqualified. Disqualification means that the learner will NOT be allowed to write the final exam. The learner will thus forfeit that exam entry entirely.

NOTE: Students are warned not to leave the submission and completion of the PoEs until the last minute as there may be unforeseen circumstances such as load-shedding and connectivity issues that may prevent the learner from successfully submitting/completing their PoE. In such instances, students will not be able to submit their work once the deadline has passed and the submission tab has been closed.
