Before a test is made available on Macci, it is tested to check and verify that no technical glitches will occur.
If you have experienced a technical "glitch", i.e. not able to drag and drop an answer, please make sure that you are not making use of an outdated browser like Internet Explorer. You would need to ensure that you are making use of the correct browser like Chrome in order to avoid possible technical issues.
Please also make sure you have done the following;
- Completed the practice tests and ensure you completed ALL the question types.
This will allow you to get a good understanding of the type of questions, but will also highlight if there might be any technical issues that you could experience.
- If you have used the latest version of Chrome, please test Edge to see if the problem persists.
Once you have done ALL of the above, please re-attempt the practice questions and see whether the problem persists. If it does persist, please contact support.
Important to note: Support for older versions of Internet Explorer has ended. This means that Microsoft no longer provides security updates or technical support for old versions of Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer (IE) 10 and older), which can directly impact the performance of your browsers. Regular security updates help protect devices so upgrading and staying current is important. Please follow this link for more information.
