You will be required to log onto the exam platform 30 minutes before the start of the exam to complete pre-exam checklists and declarations. These will contain reminders, consents, information and instructions on how to get access to support and resources. 


A dedicated support team will also be available to assist with any queries that arise on exam day and during the live exam session. Technical Support agents will also be on standby to assist with any technical questions that occur on the platform. 


Various technical situations may occur on the day.  Our team has already begun compiling a list of possible scenarios, and the best remedial responses are being developed for each of these. Our team will be fully trained and prepared with a plan on hand to assist you throughout the exam.
