- a stable internet connection
- adequate mobile data to allow for completion of the exam
- you have gone through the technology requirement checklist;

Must be capable of downloading and opening PDF documents. A PDF reader can be used.
Should you experience technical difficulty during the exam you are advised to reconnect to the exam as quickly as possible as the exam needs to be completed within the allocated time.
If there are any disputes or complaints, this must be submitted in writing via the survey that is provided after the exam. These must be submitted by COB of exam day. After this period, all completed tests and marks are final.
Make sure that you have read the updated Examination Policy with regards to online assessments and what needs to be submitted in case of a dispute or complaint.
The ICB Academic Board will review all relevant documentation provided on a case by case basis.
